Are these specials refundable?

Only if you select the standard support level, and after service is activated. Please refer to our standard refund policy. If standard support level is not selected, then you do not qualify for a refund unless there's a delay as described above.

Can I change term length later?

Special offers generally cannot change term lengths. If it is offered, it can only be processed through the automated process. We do not plan on offering term changes for these specials at this time, so it is best to lock in the term length you prefer.

Is the special pricing re-occuring?

Yes, we do not plan on increasing pricing and have not done so in the last 9 years in being in business.

May I change support level for this offer?

No, the support level is locked in, including any promotional free standard support level. This means it is important you correctly select your support level initially as a change will not be offered.

Are hardware & locations guaranteed?

Over the years, VirMach has changed hardware several times and there have been some location changes. We will always try to only change hardware as an upgrade and only change locations to the nearest available when necessary, but it is possible that some time in the future there could be a change that you may dislike. If you paid additionally for a specific location, then you would be reimbursed to store credit for that difference in those cases. If it is crucial to you that the hardware or location remain the same, we do not recommend purchasing this offer.

Can I have multiple accounts?

You may only have one VirMach account, unless you have purchased the "Extra" support level for your accounts. Please refer to our terms of service. We especially do not recommend purchasing special offers if you have more than one account.

Will my IP address remain the same?

Our goal is to keep costs low and avoid price increases, so if there are any situations that would mean an increase in IP pricing on our end, there's a possibility of an IP address change. There are also other situations where your IP address will change, so we do not recommend making a purchase if it is important that it remain the same.

Do you guarantee geolocation or services unbloced?

No, if your IP geolocation is not appearing as it should on a third part website or a third party website or service blocks your IP address, the only possibly remediation would be to purchase an IP address change, if available.
