We are very strict against all malicious activity on our network, and promptly take care of any reports. To ensure your abuse report is handled efficiently, accurately, and effectively, please follow the guidelines below.
Where do I report abuse?
You can look up the IP address of the abuser’s service on ARIN for abuse contact information. This is usually: reportvirmach.com
What do I include?
Please clearly (1) label what law/malicious activity or portion of our AUP is broken, (2) include the offending IP address after verifying it is part of our network, and (3) include conclusive evidence (logs) of the malicious activity.
Please do not spam the same request more than once. We recommend not using automated reporting software.
Will you reply to my request?
We do not usually respond to requests, unless more information is required. Rest assured that if you report the abuse correctly, it will be handled and not skipped.
